Product principle

The manual pressure test pump is composed of pump body, plunger, sealing ring, control valve, pressure gauge, water tank and so on:

1, after the opening of the installation:

1) after unpacking please according to the packing list the technical documents and spare parts. Familiar with the use of the specification and then install the pump

2, the use of methods:

1) preparation before use:

E. open the control valve, the handle is shaken, if there is no blocking phenomenon and other abnormal conditions, can be opened before pressure testing.

2) note in use:

A. pump in the use of the working pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure of the pump.

B. work as found in the pump or other parts of the leakage phenomenon should be shut down for maintenance.

C. when the pump discharge pressure to achieve the test pressure should be closed the control valve so that the pump and the test system off.

D. should pay attention to the continuous replenishment of the working medium.

3) test pressure pump connection size:
